My Dad died suddenly when I was 20.  At the time I was working full time with students all over the country.  So many of them had little or no relationship with their father and therefore had a really tough time seeing God as a Daddy (Abba), the word Jesus used to describe Him.  My book is a simple collection of memories that came flooding into my mind soon after my Dad died.  They were each a little doorway right to the heart of God, so I wrote them down for the folks who needed to see through the eyes of someone else.  My dad was a simple man, but he was a good dad.
